Red Squirrel

$2.50

Hook Size #18 #16 #14 #12 #10 #8

A new take on an old pattern that’s been adapted for the Euro Nymph fisherman. I think that spun squirrel dubbing collars give the fly such understated motion in the water, trout can’t help but check it out. Enough shine and segments to get an initial look the reddish body makes it err on the natural side. One of my go to flies for any condition. Presents well even in 8/10 sizes to beat the bottom dwellers out of hiding.

Thanks for your interest in Jacobs Fork Fly Tying. All flies are custom tied to order, and I will make every effort to get them completed as quickly as possible to get you on the water.

I typically tie orders in a queue format based on when they are received. Turnaround time varies from about 4 weeks to 10 weeks depending on volume and complexity of orders.
