A few years back, I came across a fly called The Grinch. It’s a great color combo-Olive and Red. At the suggestion of the Tater, we’ve merged the olive flash of the great Gasolina pattern with a red and olive collar on a Perdigon. I’ve had such good success with a red tail on the Perdidart, I wanted to add that variation to this pattern. It’s a good flashy Perdigon for those bright days when the fish are watching for shiny things to eat.
