Bottom line it when I get into the summer blue lines for wild fish, it’s my first choice. A little floatant, and it is a really buggy top water offering , but the hackle is not great for sustained floating, so it will become a subsurface wet and your drift becomes a swing. \nTrout hit it when it lands or at the end of the swing. A couple of false casts and you do it again. Give this a try for those selective fish, especially early morning or in the evening. \n\nAll flies are tied to order.
