No surprise their brains see these as primal food.  \n\nAdd a tungsten bead and a jig hook and you got a fine piece of food.  These get down on the bottom for a realistic bounce. Pink and yellow have been my most successful here in WNC,  but offer several of the colors in McFly foam for your neck of the woods. It makes a great vibrant egg, and I usually tie them with a couple contrasting colors.
